Abstract

The consensus salary system refers to the pay institutions and regulations and policies founded on the consensus salary model. It is a system consisting of the improved pay institutions from the existent salary system. The “consensus” means the economic efficiency by the salary system. The important difference between the consensus salary system and the existent salary system lies in the following: the former emphasizes the comprehensiveness, dynamics, identity and flexibility.
