Abstract
In Chapter 1 some aspects of learning that is related to the new introduced concept of the knowledge implementation was described. In Chapter 2 a short survey of the existing machine learning methods was presented. In this Chapter, the knowledge implementation is defined in the context of both human learning and machine learning.
