Abstract

Automatic spring classification machine is the machine that can test large quantities of springs, which have different flexibility coefficients and used for the different situation, and sieve automatically the qualified different from the unqualified according to the rules proceeded in advance, also further subdivide the spring coil according to whether can repair within the scope of the unqualified, automatically afflux anticipate box. The system has adopt Pentium 386 as the embedded core CPU of PC104, and make out the data communications to peripheral equipment by the PC bus extension technology. Driving device selected servo motor and the corresponding servo controller through CPLD. Pneumatic circuit has been as implementation of the equipment. Through the overall design, users only need to enter the relevant parameters by dial switch, and the system can complete the assigned task of sorting. The traditional mechanical method was replaced by electronic control technology and the new method improves the accuracy and the speed of the systemic.
