Abstract
In order to make medium-long term load forecasting become more efficient, convenient, accurate, this paper develops a medium-long term load forecasting software bases on windows in power system. This software uses the method of object-oriented programming makes the system conveniently expand and upgrade. It includes three parts, the module of user management, the module of historical data management and the module of prediction model library. This software has friendly man-machine interface, easy-to-use, various forecasting methods, wide application and quickly compute speed, etc.
