Ultraschalldiagnostik in Geburtshilfe und Gynäkologie

Zusammenfassung

Bei der Ultraschalluntersuchung des fetalen Abdomens werden sowohl die intraabdominalen Organe und Strukturen als auch die Bauchwand in Längs- und Querschnitten beurteilt. Dabei werden in Abhängigkeit vom Organ die Lage, Form, Größe, Echogenität sowie der Füllungszustand beurteilt. Zur Abgrenzung eines auffälligen von einem normalen Befund, wofür gute Kenntnisse in der Embryonal- und Fetalentwicklung hilfreich sind, wird in aller Regel die B‑Bild-Sonografie angewandt. Zur genauen topografischen Zuordnung, zur Abgrenzung zystischer Strukturen, von Blutgefäßen und auch zur Funktionsdiagnostik kann es erforderlich sein, Farbdoppler- und gepulste Dopplersonografie einzusetzen.
