Abstract

Japanese enterprise culture which originated from Chinese Confucianism is the internal driving force of Japan’s economic development, and plays an important role in Japan’s economic boom. Japanese enterprise culture with characterized "home" philosophy, team spirit and humanism has its scientific and rational side, but also has its limitations side. By analyzing the content, characteristics and performance of Japanese enterprise culture, this article discusses the problems existed in the Chinese enterprise construction and the influence of Japanese enterprise culture to China. It explains that in building a socialist market economy and promoting the process of state-owned enterprise reform, China should attach great importance to the importance of enterprise culture, learn Japan’s successful experience of its corporate culture, absorb the essence of Chinese traditional culture, realize the content and form unity in enterprise culture, and construct a Chinese characteristics enterprise culture.
