Abstract
With China’s forestry reform, state of forest resources management theory and practice are faced with a historic turning point, as the core of economic growth, promote the optimized allocation of state-owned forest resources, improve operational efficiency and optimize the organization’s management structure will be the focus of forest resource management development. By building the value chain of State-owned forest management organization, the value of an enterprise’s major business would be identified , prompting the state-owned forest resources dynamic organization, coordination and management, improving operational organizations in the forestry industry competitiveness, and promoting a rapid, sustainable forestry economy development.
