Optimizing Books Purchasing Indicators Evaluation System with AHP Method

Abstract

This paper analyses the business process of books purchasing and bidding, studying the criteria for the structure, content and weight, advancing the AHP method to optimize indicators evaluation system, improving the evaluation mechanism of bidding process, which make the bidding process more scientific, fair, and form a highly efficient pattern of books purchasing.
