Zusammenfassung

Schlafstörungen gehören zu den häufigsten Gesundheitsbeschwerden in der Bevölkerung. Im Vordergrund der Beschwerden steht die subjektive Wahrnehmung des nicht erholsamen Schlafes, die sich einerseits als mangelnder nächtlicher Schlaf und andererseits als übermäßige Tagesschläfrigkeit manifestieren kann (Riemann und Hajak 2009a, Morin und Benca 2012).
