This paper established hierarchy structure model of community service industry service quality comprehensive evaluation, and with community chain supermarkets as example carried out comprehensive evaluation to service quality through community chain supermarket’s service environment, employee quality, the selling goods and after-sale service four aspects and certain indexes reflecting these aspects, to provide reference for improving service quality and adjusting operation strategy.
