The Transfer of Rural Labor’s Analysis

The present situation of rural labor employment is very grim. Now, there are two hundred millions village surplus labor forces in our country. The paper illustrates factors of labor transfer and provides a framework and method of analyzing. In conclusion, it brings forward corresponding strategies.
