Extraction and Separation of Tea Effective Ingredients

Using hot water extraction method conducts the single factor and orthogonal experiments and explores the best condition to extract three effective ingredients: theaflavin, tea polyphenol, theabrownine from green tea. Through a series of experiments gets the best extraction process: 368.15K, 35 min, ratio 1:40. Using simple method can obtain higher yield, accord with the current trend of low carbon and environmental protection. And the tea effective ingredients have immense application value on textile industry.
