Study of Force Control in Ceramic Grinding Process
The international researches for the force control in ceramic grinding are very rare. For this situation, the paper does the research on the grinding force control which uses the workpiece material of Al2O3. In this paper, we present the study results of influence of machining parameters on the grinding force. To control the grinding force, the fuzzy control strategy is used in this study. The effects of grinding force control on the stability is studied. It was found that the machining process is more stable than that without it.
