Abstract
Post-90s group has entered college campuses ,which is as a special group in colleges, therefore, their school education is clearly very important. This paper illustrates some existing problems about 90 freshmen on college life, learning, interpersonal relationships, and so on. At the same time, the enrollment education of freshmen is explored. Finally, as for the freshman counselors’ work, a few new working methods are put forward to guide freshmen to adapt to the new environment of universities, and promote the healthy growth and talent of Post-90s.
