Abstract

The clinical presentation of scaly papules or plaques on the external male genitalia should direct the examiner to a more widespread papulosquamous condition. Therefore, a systematic examination of extragenital skin, oral mucosa, and nails may provide further clues that help guide the physician to the correct diagnosis of genital papulosquamous dermatoses. In this Chapter, the noninfectious papulosquamous disorders affecting the male genital are discussed.
