Abstract
Cloud computing provide cheap and pay-as-you-go computing resources so that more and more consumer begin to use cloud service.Service level agreement(SLA) is a important agreement between both the parties in cloud computing service. It can guarantee the quality of cloud service and quantize the financial relationship between both the parties. A model of cloud service level agreement is proposed which is based on web service level agreement framework. It includes coordination model and management model. It can automatic develop, deploy, measure, assess, manage and end the cloud service.
