Abstract

Cloud computing provide cheap and pay-as-you-go computing resources so that more and more consumer begin to use cloud service.Service level agreement(SLA) is a important agreement between both the parties in cloud computing service. It can guarantee the quality of cloud service and quantize the financial relationship between both the parties.
