Abstract
The long time oxygen therapy (LTOT) and home mechanical ventilation(HMV) are lack of effective monitor and unified management in the treatment of COPD which can not give patients real-time monitoring and treatment. To overcome these shortcomings, GPRS network is applied to the rehabilitation therapy system which includes oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation and the GPRS mobile network.
