Abstract
State enterprises are the pillar of our national economy and they are facing the biggest difficulty and greatest challenge since this century, operating profit drops drastically and phenomenon of loss of state-owned assets is still serious under the superposed influence of global financial crisis and self structural imbalance. Under such circumstances, problems of state-owned asset supervision and administration have aroused great concern. This paper describes main problems existing in state-owned asset supervision and administration and analyzes causes of problems in detail. On this basis, countermeasures are proposed to strengthen state-owned asset supervision and administration.
