Abstract

In this paper we evaluated and analyzed the differences of the accuracy qualities of statistical data from different regions with the Behrens1 −Fisher2 problem and applied Scheffe transformation3 to solve the several-sample B-F problem. We selected the indexes’ data samples dated from 1999 to 2008 from three regions, contrasted the accuracy qualities of the data and ranked the qualities. The method here could also be utilized in the other aspects of data qualities, which makes it possible to construct the data evaluation and comparison system from the eight aspects of the data quality.
