Abstract
The college graduates is the main power of improving Chinese modernization. But most of them are unable to obtain a satisfactory living environment when they make important economic contributions. On the other hand, Chinese Housing-for-all program is designed for urban residents who have local census register and pay for the enough social security, most of the graduates can not match them. How to resolve this problem is very important. This paper uses shanghai’s data as an example. The survey found the housing problem of college graduates in Shanghai, propose college graduates interim housing model.
