Abstract
This article considers the Federal Law of the Russian Federation â‚«On Insider Dealing and Market Manipulationâ‚». It includes a comparative analysis of articles of the recently passed Law of Russia and legal regulations of insider dealing in the US and the countries of EU. The article covers the common features, assumed as a basis for the Russian Law development, and the key differences between them. Moreover, in the article the problems of regulation of insider dealing in Russia are shown, and the complementary measures to increase its efficiency are laid down.
