Abstract

In this work we present a technical architecture to enable semantic information retrieval from enterprise data that is spread across data sources and applications each having their own data. In order to search and query on such enterprise data effectively, the different applications and data sources that contain relevant data will need to be semantically tagged and their semantic cross-relationship identified. We present a 3-tier ontology based architecture to semantically collate the information from disparate data sources in an enterprise.
