What role do social media like Facebook, Twitter or Tripadvisor play in the booking and travel behavior? Who uses them and for which purposes? Which changes do they imply for the travel industry? This paper helps answering these questions using a global survey, carried out by m1nd-set, a market research agency dedicated to travel research.
