Abstract

The winding of oblique coil type coreless motor is the most difficult for the winding machine, it need strict requirement for the mechanical structure and electrical control systems, but it has the greatest market value. Through the analysis of the working principle about the oblique coil type coreless winding machine, this paper designed the main circuits of the Electrical Control System and joint debugged them, solved the key issues about the timing synchronization between various circuit modules, dividing control, software flexibility and so on. The system used in the production line works well, and winded coreless motor can meet the coil tidy, uniform density and other requirements.
