Abstract

The concept of finite-time boundedness for linear discrete singular system is induced in this paper. Finite-time control problem is considered for linear discrete singular systems with exogenous disturbances, of which the disturbance satisfies a dynamical system. By Lyapunov functional method and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, the sufficient conditions of finite -time boundedness (FTB) via state feedback controller for linear discrete singular systems are provided. Then, the conditions are translated to feasibility problems involving restricted linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, an example is given showing the effectiveness of the proposed method.
