Zusammenfassung
Die Standardaufnahmen des Fußes umfassen die belastete dorsoplantare Projektion, die belastete seitliche Aufnahme sowie belastete Schrägaufnahmen in 45°-Inversion und -Eversion (Coughlin et al. 2007). Unbelastete Aufnahmen spielen nur noch nach einem Trauma oder postoperativ eine Rolle. Bei der belasteten Aufnahme sollte der Patient mit dem gesamten Körpergewicht auf dem Fuß stehen. Gerade bei der Beurteilung der verschiedenen Winkel gibt es erhebliche Unterschiede zwischen belasteten und unbelasteten Aufnahmen. Für die präoperative Planung sollten stets die belasteten Aufnahmen herangezogen werden.
