Abstract

Aiming at the emergency rescue system of traditional coal informative, cannot visualization inquires the shortcomings, is proposed based on the visualization of WEBGIS system design and realization method. This System is in the original Management Information System (MIS) coal Management System combined with WEBGIS technology development completed, enables the System has the inquiry is convenient, the function is all ready, extensible and easy maintenance characteristic, application indicates that the System have strong practical and universal.

In recent years, the face of the grim safety situation of coal mine, the Country developed a series of laws and regulations to standardize the construction of coal mine emergency rescue system and improve the level of coal mine emergency rescue. In the time of the accident, emergency measures will be taken timely and effective to prevent the deterioration and expansion of the accident. However, the current mine emergency platform just stays in the traditional methods, models and tools, it is difficult to meet the rapid and efficient emergency commanding requirements. In order to achieve the systematic, modernization and information of the mine emergency rescue, GIS-based technology platform will combine the emergency rescue of technical assistance and emergency information management platform. Thus it will improve emergency management and rescue commanding level and lay the foundation for reducing the accident loss.
