Abstract

Design management as effective means of improving design efficiency, strengthening enterprise innovation capability, reasonable arrangements for human resources, are more important to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The implementation of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) as a design management sub-module is also increasingly used in advanced manufacturing enterprises, has made good gains. How introduce FMEA smoothly in small and medium enterprises is currently a research direction be solved, this paper presents the FMEA method for the implementation phase of product design, instructing the special vehicles enterprise to carry on design management, verify the validity of the method.
