Abstract

The traditional experiment of reducer’s disassemble and assemble can not keep up with the development of education informationization and lacks innovation. In order to solve these drawbacks, a new experimental item named the virtual experiment and design of reducer’s disassemble and assemble based on Unigraphics was exploited. This item combined the traditional experiment of reducer’s disassemble and assemble with Computer Aided Design technique systematically. Through this new experiment item, the student’s practical ability can be cultivated effectively, the quality of education can be enhanced and experiment funds can be reduced obviously.
