Abstract

This article describes the Maildiskfs - an efficient, convenient and fully secure data storage mechanism holding the data on the mail servers. This implementation is a new approach of the storing data problem. This article also describes the performed test of the system performance based on a comparison with other similar solutions. Maildiskfs project shows that it is possible to create convenient data storage system using the e-mail mechanisms.
