Abstract

Providing a change in an IT system, especially within the multi-domain environment of a large enterprise, requires proper planning and implementation of these plans in close cooperation and involvement of all stakeholders. Also problem managing and solving, in a range of aspects, is an important part of such considerations. Here the authors intend to bring these matters closer, to give an overview of most important issues and ways to overcome them showing variety of techniques appropriate to the situation/case.
