Zusammenfassung

Angesichts moderner neurowissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse fällt es zunehmend schwer, komplexe Verhaltensänderungen losgelöst vom Zentralorgan Gehirn zu betrachten. Als wichtige zelluläre Kandidaten für eine tragende Rolle bei der Theory of Mind lassen sich innerhalb bestimmter Hirnregionen sogar bestimmte Neuronentypen identifizieren: Spiegelneurone , von Economo-Neurone , magno- und parvozelluläre Neurone . Sie sind jeweils sehr unterschiedlich charakterisiert, und eine feste Funktionszuordnung erfolgt derzeit mit Vorbehalt.
