Zusammenfassung

Wir befinden uns in einer spannenden Zeit der medikamentösen Tumortherapie mit neuen pathophysiologischen Einsichten und sich daraus neu entwickelnden Therapieansätzen. Daher wandelt sich das Spektrum der Nebenwirkungen, welche von diesen Tumortherapeutika mit anderen Wirkmechanismen induziert werden können. Gleichzeitig kann sich die Behandlung bekannter Symptome in Abhängigkeit vom Auslöser unterscheiden.
