Creative Talents Training Pattern of Telecommunication Engineering in Colleges

Abstract

National development obviously depend on the innovative talents, however, some present educational models and methods are against the process of professional training. In order to improve the situation, this paper discusses how to construct creative talents training pattern of telecommunication engineering benefit from the advanced undergraduate education experience in colleges and universities inland and abroad, gives the educational objective of creative talents of telecommunication engineering based on the request for personnel training at present, draws on a new set of telecommunication engineering personnel-training system combined with the demand for talent of the local industry economic, and elaborates how to stimulate the students’ subjective initiative, form the creative thinking and realizing the sustainable development of personnel training through some reform measures.
