With their article Measuring Intellectual Capital, the authors have approached their topic with recognizable difficulties that have beset knowledge economists for years: How to identify a method of measurement to determine the Intelligence Quotient of a company, an organization, a region, a nation, in short, the constituents of the knowledge society.
