Abstract

The paper presented here addresses the management of IT human resources available in the companies for the development of Enterprise Information Systems, mainly under the social aspect of the conflict between generations that comprise the business population, showing how to get through awareness and training, ensuring confidence in new technologies and overcome the natural resistance to changes. It compares the main positive and negative characteristics of each age group and how to take advantage of the unique strengths of each generation.
