Abstract
Der bewusste Umgang mit der Ressource Wissen bildet in Zeiten kollaborativer und wissensintensiver Arbeit einen entscheidenden Erfolgsfaktor für die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Organisationen. Wissen ist heute eine der bedeutendsten Ressourcen für Innovationen und Innovationsprozesse in Unternehmen (vgl. Tochtermann et al. 2007, 5). In diesem Zusammenhang wird das effiziente Lernen bzw. die Aneignung von neuem, Kontext relevantem Wissen immer wichtiger.
