Abstract

Aiming at cultivating electric automation professionals with innovative spirit and practical ability, this paper explores a multimodal cultivating model for innovative talents. The model mainly includes: setting up a directional teaching platform of modularization, implementing a project-driven teaching model, establishing a new experimental teaching idea, a zero adapting period and a double-certificate teaching model and the course design combining with technological competition, which will cultivate multimodal innovative talents from a plurality of angles. Teaching practice indicates that students cultivated by the cultivating model for innovative talents have stronger practical ability and employment competitiveness.
