Abstract
The paper establishes a social benefits evaluation system of automobile recall system by using qualitative and quantitative approach. And the social benefits grades of automobile recall system are calculated by using AHP and GIOWA. The method can eliminate the lack of experts’ experiences and knowledge to some extent. And the calculation process is relatively simple and practical. Furthermore the evaluation is more objective.
