Abstract

To understand the role that memory plays we have collected data from three online experimental sessions in which participants interact with our virtual real-estate agent in both a recall and forget mode. We found that partial forgetting and even total loss of recall of an item, whether domain or social-based, was more believable and less frustrating than incorrect recall.
