Abstract

The rapid development of Cloud Computing enables more personalized and more complex information service. Therefore, the demand for higher quality and larger amounts of information becomes inevitable. This paper focuses on organizational information resources sharing, discusses the incentive mechanism of organizational information resources sharing with the Fair Encouragement Combination Model. Thereby promotes organizations to contribute higher quality and larger amounts of information resources voluntarily.
