Abstract
Purpose: to evaluate and arrange the residents’ living level of our country, offer reference for the decision-making of governments at all levels about the people’s livelihood. Procedures: at first, established the evaluation index on residents’ living level in our country, evaluated and arranged the residents’ living level of our country with the method of principal components analysis. Conclusions: this ranking makes every provincial government envisage its own actuality and location, further make the structural and strategic regulation according to the actual situation.
