Abstract
Rural migrant workers have made great contributions to the industrialization and urbanization of our country, but they get unequal treatment to the urban residents, especially in housing security. This paper makes sample investigation of housing condition of Nanning urban migrant workers, by this, we find their housing condition are poor, and they are not able to apply for low-rent housing or buy affordable housing, even government pays little attention to their housing security. We suggest making suitable housing security system to urban migrant workers, make clear detail standards of low-rent and affordable housing for urban migrant workers, and make efforts to provide urban migrant worker apartments. What is the important thing is that the government should be in charge of supplying indemnificatory apartments.
