Abstract
The paper filled the empirical gaps in the study of market choice in Northeast China. At first, we designed a survey questionnaire based on four main characteristics of tourist resorts. Then we made the investigation for interviewees who are chosen with random sampling at Pudong Airport, Capital Airport and Longjia Airport, and we drew the differences and similarities on choice preferences of local market and remote developed market in China (See Figure). Furthermore, we tested our conclusions by generalizing related characteristics of tourist resorts in Northeast China. Finally, we raised classification and planning advices on tourist resorts in Northeast China.
