Abstract

With the advent of semantic technologies, the Internet is moving from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0. Social Networks, Semantic Web, Blogs, etc are all components of Web 3.0. In this paper, we intend to formally represent the description of the service systems proposed by expressing the constraints and capabilities of the system in standards-based language; Common Logic. We translate and represent the WSML ontology, web-services, relations, axioms and other entity metadata descriptions of the system in ISO Common Logic. Also, the temporal constraints of the system discussed are represented using service policies. The extended service policies (WS-Policy Language) are discussed for representing the temporal constraints of the system.
