Gynecomastia can be present in men in three different forms; (1) pure with the majority of breast parenchyma being affected, (2) fatty with the majority of breast tissue formed by fat, and (3) mixed with a combination of both previous situations. In order to improve results of SAL to gynecomastia, the author has introduced Vaser over the past 10 years. The technique is described.
