Klinisch imponieren rubinfarbene Papeln unterschiedlicher Größe, die im Normalfall multipel auftreten und sich bevorzugt am Stamm manifestieren. Die Farbtöne reichen von hellrötlich bis dunkelblau (◘ Abb. 29.1, ◘ Abb. 29.2). Dermatoskopisch zeigen sich typische rötliche bzw. blaurötliche Gefäßkonvolute (◘ Abb. 29.3).
