Zusammenfassung

Erythematöse und erosive Flächen mit typischen honiggelben Krusten, die sich an allen Körperstellen, bevorzugt jedoch im Mund- und Nasenbereich, manifestieren, erlauben die Diagnosestellung (◘ Abb. 15.1). Zusätzlich können auch intakte Blasen imponieren (◘ Abb. 15.2). Durch Schmierinfektion kommt es zur Ausbreitung der ursprünglich lokalisierten Erkrankung (◘ Abb. 15.3).
