Zusammenfassung

Die häufigsten hämatologischen Erkrankungen sind Anämien (z. B. Tumor-, Infekt- oder Eisenmangelanämie). Die Patienten fallen u. a. durch Blässe, Abgeschlagenheit, Kopfschmerzen und Belastungsdyspnoe auf. Patienten mit Polyzythämie hingegen sind gehäuft von thrombembolischen Ereignissen betroffen.
